Alina Romila, Dip.Ac. is a qualified and registered Acupuncturist and Tuina practitioner and an accredited member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland (ACI). Alina has a Diploma in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and a Certificate in Clinical Medicine from The Lansdowne College of Acupuncture and Complementary Medicine in Dublin, Ireland.
At Lansdowne, Alina studied under the auspices of the Medical Director, Dr. Vincent Carroll, an Acupuncturist and a practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, as well as, a medical doctor. As a graduate of the Lansdowne College, with its strong emphasis on Complementary Medicine, Alina has a good understanding of how both Western medicine and Chinese medicine can work together to improve quality of life for her patients. She also has strong experience in providing complementary support patients undergoing treatment for Cancer, having gained valuable experience treating cancer patients at ARC Cancer Support in Dublin, Ireland.
In addition to general TCM practice, Alina has a special interest in Paediatrics utilizing Tuina and other gentle techniques. She is a graduate of The College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, UK, after attending the year long Paediatrics Diploma Course.
She is passionate about helping people to improve their health and wellbeing with Acupuncture and Tuina.
Alina strives for the clinic she works in, to be a sanctuary for her clients, a safe haven where they can feel well cared for.
